Our story at Turn Pickle begins with our love to people and art! We are a group of artists, working hard to get you amazing portraits that you’ll treasure forever!
Placing your order:
1. Select the number of people/animals to include
2. Select the background you would like to add
3. Select the poster size
4. Add any notes for our artists to follow. This can include clothing, background, faces, etc.
5. Upload up to 6 photos
In order to make you the perfect portrait, we ask you to write in any notes on how you would like your portrait to be drawn. Any changes to the final illustration which we’re not included in your original drawing notes may result in additional charges.

What quality should the photo I send to you be?
The higher the quality of the photos you upload will make it easier for our artists to create an accurate representation of you. Don't worry though, we’ll let you know if we’re having any issues.
How many photos do I need to submit?
The more photos the better! Please make sure that you specify in the notes any instructions you would like the artist to follow.
Do pets count as a person?
Is there an option to make a portrait for a large group of people?

How long will it take?
Turn Pickle artists work as fast as they can to create high quality artwork. You should receive your digital file in 3-7 days, and if your choose a printed product - it will be recieved in 12-25 days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
Please keep in mind that during the holiday season and high volume periods, production times may be slower than the average.
How is the product sent?
Digital file will be recived via Email. Print products will be delivered to your mailing address via shipping carrier.
Will I get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers can take up to 4 days to be added after fulfilling and shipping the parcel. If over 2 weeks have passed and you do not have a tracking number, please email us.
What if I didn't get an email confirmation for my order?
Email confirmation sent automatically after placing the order. Please make sure you check your junk mail/spam folder to ensure it hasn't ended up in there. Another common reason this happens is that you may have entered the incorrect email at checkout. Please send us an email from your preferred email address for assistance.
What if I am not happy with my product?
Our artist are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, if something doesn't look right or the product is defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll rectify the situation for you immediately.
Can I ask for revisions & changes?
You'll get free revisions until you're 100% satisfied! You will also get a preview of your final artwork before printing it, so everything done for your request.
Will it cost more if I want revisions or changes made?
It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.
Can I use my custom portrait for anything I want?
Absolutely! Once the artwork is delivered you own 100% rights to the artwork and it’s yours to do whatever you want with.
How long will it take?
Turn Pickle artists work as fast as they can to create high quality artwork. The digital version of your Custom Portrait will be completed by our Design Team within 3-7 days. If you additionally add a print, we'll wait 24 hours after we sent the digital copy to you, so you can give feedback and make any changes you want until the printing process is started. The printing and shipping of your print will then take another 15-25 days.
Where is the product being sent?
Digital Artwork are sent by email. Prints will be delivered to youre adress.
Please be advised that Turn Pickle has a no returns policy because of the nature of our personalized products. However, if something doesn't look right or is defective, we'll rectify the situation for you immediately.
Before product received
Order cancellations are allowed up to 1 hour after your order. Anything thereafter will require a 30% re-stocking fee. The reason for this is because we start working on your order as soon as we can, a 30% restocking fee will go toward the time put into starting order fulfillment.
On some occasions, we'll be able to refund / cancel an order beyond 1 hour at no cost to you. It just depends, so email us and we see what we can do.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered we cannot be responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
After product received
Because these are one of a kind products with a personalized portrait, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
